International company Luxoft (the headquarters – Zug), which develops software and is engaged in the export of IT – services, announced its intentions to buy leading IT – company from Ukraine – IntroPro LLC. It is reported by Ukrainian source Inventure.
With regard to the financial terms of the deal – its nuances were not disclosed. The Swiss company, which specializes in software development for TV, media and entertainment industry, explained the purpose of buying IntroPro with the fact that it will allow it to expand its offerings among cable and satellite providers.
Ukrainian IntroPro also has offices in Kyiv and the United States. The main part of the company’s revenues (90%) – are clients of the telecommunications sector and the media, who are engaged in the business in North America.
Both companies are in the ranking of Top 25 largest Ukrainian IT-companies.
